PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPENSASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. GLOBAL JAYA PERKASA KOTA PEKANBARU
This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of Leadership
Style, Compensation and Job Satisfaction on PT Employee Performance. Global
Jaya Perkasa Pekanbaru City. The population in this study was all employees of
PT Global Jaya Perkasa Panam Pekanbaru City, totaling 55 people. Data
collection was carried out using observation, documentation, questionnaire
methods. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and
reliability, classic assumptions in the form of normality, multicollinearity and
heteroscedasticity assumptions. The data analysis method uses multiple
regression techniques. By using the Statistical Product and Service Solution
(SPSS) program. The research results showed that the hypothesis proposed was
accepted because it showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This
means that leadership style, compensation and job satisfaction have a positive
and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Global Jaya Perkasa
Pekanbaru City.
