PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, BEBAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI UPT PUSKESMAS SALO

The study aims to find out the impact of the working environment, workload and
work stress on the performance of Puskesmas Salo staff both partially and
simultaneously. Sampling technique using census method and sample number of
62 respondents. This research is quantitative. Data analysis used using SPSS
version 25 application. For the dependent variable (y) of the research is the
performance of the employee, for the independent variable(x) is the working
environment (x1), the workload (x2) and the work stress (x3). The results of this
study show that: Based on the determination test obtained the R2 figure of 0.736
or (73.6%). This shows that the percentage of the influence of the working
environment, workload, and work stress on the performance of UPT Puskesmas
Salo employees is 73.6% This means, the variable of the employee's performance
can be explained or influenced by the work environment variable, the work load,
and the work stress of 73.6%, while the remaining 26.4% are explained by other
variables that are not studied.
