PENGARUH JIWA KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN MOTIVASI USAHA TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN USAHA MIKRO SEKTOR PERDAGANGAN DI KECAMATAN GUNUNG TOAR KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial spirit and
business motivation on the success of micro businesses in the trade sector in
Gunung Toar sub-district. Kuantan Singingi district. The population in this study
was all business actors in the trade sector, totaling 187 people. And the sample
used in this research was 96 people using the Slovin formula. This research uses
quantitative descriptive methods with multiple linear regression analysis tools
with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this research show that: 1) there
is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial spirit on business success
in micro-enterprises in the trade sector, 2) there is a positive and significant
influence of business motivation on business success in micro-enterprises in the
trade sector, 3) there is a positive and significant influence the entrepreneurial
spirit and business motivation have a significant impact on business success in
micro businesses in the trade sector.
