“PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, BEBAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. ROIF ANUGERAH PERDANA DI ROKAN HILIR”
This research was conducted at PT. Roif Prime Award for Rokan Hilir
Regency. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, workload
and work environment on employee performance at PT. Roif Anugerah Perdana.
The population in this study were employees who worked at PT. Roif Anugerah
Perdana. This research sample used non-probability sampling with a purposive
sampling technique with a sample of 70 PT employees. Roif Anugerah Perdana.
The research variables studied are leadership style, workload and work
environment as independent variables. And performance as the dependent
variable. This research adopts the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least
Square (SEM-PLS) analysis method.
The results of this research show that leadership has a significant
positive effect on employee performance, workload has a significant positive
effect on employee performance and the work environment has a significant
positive effect on employee performance at PT. Roif Anugerah Perdana. The
magnitude of the influence between the variables of leadership, workload and
work environment is proven by the R Square value of 86.8%.
