PENGARUH MOTIVASI, PELATIHAN KERJA, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMA NEGERI 2 SIAK HULU KABUPATEN KAMPAR
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, job
training and work discipline on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu,
Kampar Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative. The types and
sources of data in this study are primary data obtained from empirical research
results by distributing questionnaires to the employees who are used as samples,
the sample in this study is 48 employees.
The results of the study show that: (1) Motivation has a positive and
significant effect on performance, meaning that the more the teacher's motivation
in working increases, the teacher's performance will also tend to increase (2) Job
training has a positive and significant effect on performance, meaning that by
holding and following job training well and appropriately, it is possible to
improve teacher's ability and knowledge at work (3) Work discipline has a
positive and significant effect on performance, meaning that the higher the
teacher's work discipline, the better the performance. (4) Motivation, work
training and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect
on performance, meaning that the better the improvement in motivation, work
training and work discipline provided, the better it will be in achieving the
performance targets you want to achieve, and by optimizing the three variables
This means that teacher performance will increase.
