PENGARUH HANGOUT LIFESTYLE DAN STORE ATMOSPHERE TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN ULANG MELALUI KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA KONSUMEN SEJAWAT COFFEE PEKANBARU
Sejawat Coffee is one of the coffee shops in Pekanbaru City which is often visited
by young people because it has a different concept and theme from most other
coffee shops. The owner of Sejawat Coffee is Dr. Sylvia Sahfitri created a space in
her own house as a place to hang out using a homey concept, such as having
coffee at home. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of Hangout
Lifestyle and Store Atmosphere on Repurchase Decisions through Customer
Satisfaction at Sejawat Coffee Pekanbaru consumers. The population in this
research are all customers who have visited and purchased products at Sejawat
Coffee Pekanbaru. The sampling method used in this research was the NonProbability Sampling technique using purposive sampling so that the number of
samples used was 110 respondents. The data analysis method in this research
uses the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis
method with SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The average respondent's answer to
the Hangout Lifestyle variable (X1) was found to be 4.10, namely "Agree", to the
Store Atmosphere variable (X2) the result was 4.09, namely "Agree", to the
Customer Satisfaction variable (Y1) the result was 3, 83, namely "Agree" and in
the Repurchase Decision variable (Y2), the result was 4.04, namely "Agree". The
research results show that Hangout Lifestyle has a significant effect on Customer
Satisfaction, Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction,
Hangout Lifestyle has a significant effect on Repurchase Decisions, Store
Atmosphere has a significant effect on Repurchase Decisions, Customer
Satisfaction has a significant effect on Repurchase Decisions, Hangout Lifestyle
has an effect significant effect on Repurchase Decisions through Customer
Satisfaction and Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on Repurchase
Decisions through Customer Satisfaction.
