PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS ORANG TUA SISWA SD BINTANG CENDEKIA PEKANBARU DENGAN KEPUASAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and trust on the
loyalty of parents of students at Bintang Cendekia, Pekanbaru, with satisfaction
as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative with a
statistical analysis approach using Smart PLS. The research results show that
service quality and trust have a significant influence on parents satisfaction in
sending their children to SD Bintang Cendekia Pekanbaru. However, service
quality does not have a significant influence on parental loyalty, while trust has a
significant influence on loyalty. In the context of indirect influence, service quality
does not mediate satisfaction through parental loyalty. Likewise, trust does not
mediate loyalty through parental satisfaction. This shows that these factors
directly influence parental satisfaction and loyalty without the need for other
mediating variables.
