PENGARUH WORK LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PABRIK KELAPA SAWIT (PKS) MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA PADA PT. SURYA AGROLIKA REKSA PMKS SEI BASAU KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI, RIAU
This research was conducted at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa PMKS Sei Basau,
located in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study is to examine the
extent of the influence of Work Life Balance with two dimensions: Work
Enhancement with Personal Life (WEPL) and Personal Life Enhancement with
Work (PLEW) on the performance of Palm Oil Mill (PKS) production employees
through job satisfaction at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa PMKS Sei Basau, Kuantan
Singingi Regency. The sample in this study consisted of 66 people. The sampling
method used was the census method. Data collection methods included
observation and questionnaires. The data analysis method used was SPSS. Based
on the research calculations, WEPL has a significant positive effect on employee
performance and job satisfaction, while PLEW has a significant positive effect on
employee performance but a significant negative effect on job satisfaction.
Additionally, job satisfaction was found to have a significant positive effect on
employee performance. Furthermore, WEPL does not have a significant effect on
employee performance through job satisfaction, but PLEW has a significant
positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.
