IMPLEMENTASI METODE AHP DAN TOPSIS PADA APLIKASI REKOMENDASI PEMILIHAN LAPTOP BERBASIS WEB
Laptops are one of the most important needs in this day and age, laptops are also a
support to help all work in all fields such as education, military, offices and others. The
laptop itself has the ability to help work such as processing data, processing documents,
editing, rendering, gaming, watching, and much more that can be done by a laptop. In
addition, along with the times, laptops evolve for the better by presenting a laptop that
gives special privileges to one field, for example a laptop specifically for video editing
which is equipped with a high GPU then there is also a laptop that specifically handles
servers equipped with a special processor to handle servers. However, problems arise
where laptops are developing so that many laptops are on the market which of course
have a variety of different models, prices, and specifications. Each brand competes to be
the best in the market. From this problem, an application system was built that can
provide recommendations for laptops that are suitable for users. The application system
is tested through ISO 25010 standard testing which consists of 8 aspects of testing,
namely Suitability, Performance, Maintanability, Portability, Compability, Security,
Reliability, and usability. This research produces a system to make it easier for users to
find laptop recommendations. Based on Usability testing using the UEQ questionnaire,
the results are good which means good with the results of attractiveness 1.830,
Perspicuity 1.870, Efficiency 1.813, Dependability 1.697, Stimulation 1.553 and Novelty
1.649.
