RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI POSYANDU SEBAGAI MONITORING TUMBUH KEMBANG BALITA BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE RATIONAL UNIFIED PROCESS

Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) is a community health service unit at the village
or sub-district level, aimed at providing health services for mothers and children,
including monitoring the growth and development of toddlers. This monitoring is
obtained from records of toddler check-ups during Posyandu activities. The
Posyandu Information System is a web-based application designed to monitor the
development of toddlers through Posyandu. This study uses the Rational Unified
Process (RUP) development method to ensure a structured and effective system
development process. The development process includes several RUP stages:
inception, elaboration, construction, and transition. The information system is
equipped with features for managing user data, toddler data, toddler check-up
history, graphical displays of toddler development, notification reminders for toddler
immunization schedules via WhatsApp, and downloading Posyandu reports. The
system can be accessed by cadres, midwives, health center officers, and parents.
