Indonesia is one of the countries in Southeast Asia that has a diverse landscape. One of them is the Geopark. There are several areas like this in Indonesia, one of which is the Silokek Geopark located in Sijunjung Regency has a unique value and an abundance of tourist potential contained in the region including the potential of geology, biodiversity, social and cultural. Of course, this potential wealth must be developed properly through the development of GeoPark Silokek involving actors who play a role is the female manager of Dewi Silokek in the development of this area will be effective if the process is built by instilling elements of social capital. This study was conducted in Nagari Silokek aims to analyze the elements of social capital invested by the management of the goddess in the process of developing Geopark attractions Silokek, using a qualitative approach descriptive method with purposive sampling techniques in taking the subject, the subjects numbered 9 people, namely 4 women managers Goddess and 5 subjects using triangulation method. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation using the theory of Robert D.Putnam. The results of this study there are elements of social capital of the management of the Goddess of social networks, beliefs, and norms. With the existence of social capital, Dewi managers establish a synergistic cooperative relationship. Cooperation built between fellow managers of Dewi, Dewi managers with partners, and the community. With the Dewi Management Network with stakeholders will facilitate the development of GeoPark Silokek attractions that can be effective and efficient. With the trust will be the key in building good cooperation and mutual trust form of support with a variety of support in the form of procurement of facilities, personnel and knowledge. And norms will make cooperation purposeful and regular. However, in the development of GeoPark Silokek attractions there are still a number of obstacles in the development process.
