This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of organizational experience and internship experience on work readiness in class
2020 students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. The population in this study was 336 students who participated in the 2020 batch of Management Department Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. The number of samples in this study was carried out using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%, so that the number of samples in this study was 190 students. The analysis method used in processing this research data is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination using a significance level of 0.05. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the variables of organizational experience and internship experience have a positive and significant effect on work readiness in 2020 batch students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business,
Riau University.
