The role of banking is highly expected in spurring and facilitating economic growth. This is in accordance with its function as a financial institution, namely helping to provide funds in the form of credit by collecting funds from the public and distributing them to people in need. This research aims to determine the effect of providing banking and non-banking credit on increasing the income of small traders in Ujung Batu sub-district. The variables in this research are credit (X1) as the independent variable and income (X2) as the dependent variable. The data used in this research is primary data obtained through data collection using questionnaires with a sample size of 100 people. The location of this research will be carried out in the Ujung Batu District market. This research uses quantitative analysis, while data processing uses the paired sample T-test analysis method in the SPSS 26 statistical program. Testing was carried out using the Paired Sample T test method and obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000. where if the sig value. (2-tailed) < 0.05, then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a significant difference between income before and income after credit with an average increase of 452,000 and an increase in sales turnover of 1.14%.
