Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Minat Kerja, Dan Pengalaman Magang Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Angkatan 2020 Fakultas Ekonomidan Bisnis Universitas Riau

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work interest and internship experience on work readiness of Management Department Students Class of 2020, Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. The research method used is descriptive using quantitative methods. The population in this study was 321 students from the Riau University Management Study Program Class of 2020. The number of samples in this research was carried out using the Non-Probability Sampling technique, namely Convenience Sampling, a sampling technique based on anyone who happened to meet the researcher and was suitable as a data source with the main criteria being students from the 2020 Management Study Program at Riau University. The next stage is to calculate the number of respondents who will be used as research samples. To determine the number, the researchers calculated using the Slovin formula, so the number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. The data collection technique uses SPSS Statistics 29. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work readiness, work interest has a positive and significant effect on work readiness and internship experience has a positive and significant effect on work readiness.
