Pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Studi Pengurusan Paspor Di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Tempat Pemeriksaan Imigrasi Pekanbaru)
This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence and training on employee performance (Passport Management Study at the Immigration Office Class I Immigration Checkpoint Pekanbaru). The population in the study were all Civil Servants (PNS) of the Immigration Office Class I Immigration Checkpoint Pekanbaru, namely 86 people. The sample in this study used a saturated sample because all the population was selected, so the sample set in this study was 86 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of the SPSS Version 23 program: 1) Human Resource Competence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) Human Resource Competencies and Training simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
