ABSTRACT


This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of work discipline competence and supervision on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Agency. This research was conducted at the Pekanbaru City Transportation Agency with a population of 83 respondents. The sample used was 83 respondents. The sample withdrawal method uses saturated sampling (census). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Pekanbaru City Transportation Office, Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Pekanbaru City Transportation Office, Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Pekanbaru City Transportation Office.
