Pengaruh Self-Efficacy, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Burnout Perawat Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study is designed to understand how self-efficacy, workload, and work environment affect burnout among nurses at Tampan Mental Hospital. The population studied includes all inpatient nurses at Tampan Mental Hospital. The sample size in this study was determined through probability sampling, which is a random sampling technique. The sample involved 92 respondents who completed questionnaires as part of the data collection procedure. The analysis model applied in this study is SEM PLS, specifically SmartPLS 4. Data analysis, including measurement model, structural model, and hypothesis testing, reveals that workload has a positive and significant effect on nurse burnout, the work environment has a negative and significant effect on nurse burnout, and self-efficacy has a negative and significant effect on nurse burnout.
