Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pada Perum Bulog Kanwil Riau Dan Kepri Kantor Operasional Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of job placement and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction at Perum Bulog Regional Office of Riau and Riau Islands operational office in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 46 people who were employees of Perum Bulog Regional Office of Riau and Riau Islands. Sampling in this study was carried out using saturated sampling technique which means that the entire population of 46 people will be sampled in this study. The data analysis method of this study uses the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM- PLS) analysis method with SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.3. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between employee placement on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between employee placement on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between employee placement on employee performance through job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction.
