ABSTRACT


This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work ethic and work motivation on employee productivity at PT Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru. This type of research is Descriptive and Inferential research, the sampling technique for this study is a saturated sample, where all employees are sampled and the population in this study are all employees of PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera which amounted to 37 employees. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire as an instrument that proved the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in thi s study using multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS. The results of this study prove that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of workload on employee productivity, 2) there is a positive and significant influence of work ethic on employee productivity, 3) there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee productivity, 4) there is a simultaneous influence of workload, work ethic, work motivation on employee productivity at PT Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru.
