Pengaruh Penerapan Prinsip Koperasi Dan Program Diklat Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kinerja Pengurus Dari Aspek Produktivitas Pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to evaluate the impact of implementing cooperative principles and training programs on the motivation and performance of management in cooperative savings and loan institutions in Pekanbaru. The research methodology involved distributing questionnaires to 10 active cooperative savings and loan institutions, with a total of 30 respondents. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) techniques. The findings indicate that the application of cooperative principles and training programs has a significant direct effect on the motivation of management. Furthermore, both the application of cooperative principles and training programs also have a significant direct effect on the performance of cooperative management. Motivation directly influences the performance of management. Indirectly, the implementation of cooperative principles and training programs also affects the performance of management through motivation. This study provides important insights into the relationships between cooperative principles, training programs, motivation, and the performance of cooperative management.
