Pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Pertumbuhan Aset Dan Dewan Pengawas Syariah Terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah Di Indonesia Periode 2018-2022

This research aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital on asset growth and the sharia supervisory board on profitability. This research was conducted on sharia banking in Indonesia in 2018-2022. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, the data collection used was documentation. The sample in this study was 11 companies with 55 observation data. The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression. Data analysis in this research u ses SPSS version 26 software, Based on the research results, it shows that intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Asset growth has a negative and significant effect on profitability, and the sharia supervisory board has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability.
