ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work spirit on employee performance at Rumah Sarasehan Pekanbaru. The population is all staff working at Rumah Sarasehan totaling 30 people and the sample studied is 30. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Leadership and work spirit simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3) Work spirit has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
