Pengaruh Viral Marketing Dan Beauty Influencer Review Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Melalui Kepercayaan Konsumen Pada Produk Skincare Somethinc Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of Viral Marketing and Beauty Influencer Reviews on Purchase Decisions through Customer Trust in Somethinc skincare products in Pekanbaru City. The population in this research were all consumers of Somehinc skincare products in Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique used in this research is the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the number of samples used being 155 respondents. The data analysis method in this research uses the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis method with SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The research results show that Viral Marketing has a significant effect on Customer Trust, Beauty Influencer Reviews have a significant effect on Customer Trust, Viral Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, Beauty Influencer Reviews have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, Customer Trust has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, Viral Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions through Customer Trust and Beauty Influencer Reviews have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions through Customer Trust.
