Pemanfaatan Tepung Daun Indigofera (Indigofera zollingeriana) Yang Difermentasi Menggunakan EM-4 (Effective Microorganism-4) Dalam Pakan Untuk Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Mas (Cyprinus carpio)
This research was conducted in April-June 2024 at the Fish Nutrition Laboratory Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Riau University. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal amount of indigofera leaf meal that is fermented using EM4 (Effective Microorganism-4) as a substitute for fishmeal in feed, to increase feed efficiency and the growth of Common carp fingerlings. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used in this experiment with five treatments and three replications. The test feed used in this research was artificial feed in the form of pellets which had a protein content of around 32% containing indigofera leaf meal fermented with EM-4 in feed 0% (P1), 30% (P2), 40% (P3), 50% (P4), 60% (P5). The test feed was given 3 times a day at 08.00 AM, 13.00 PM, 15.00 PM, 10% of the total body weight of the fish for 56 days. The test fish were Common carp fingerlings with an average weight 2,23±0,72 g. Fish were kept in 15 cage units (1x1x1 m3) with a stocking density of 25 fish per cage and 10 aquarium units with a stocking density of 10 fish per aquarium to measure feed digestibility and protein digestibility. The results of the study showed that the use of indigofera leaf meal fermented with EM-4 in feed had a significant effect (P
