Unsur Pengelolaan Home Industry Batik Srikandi Di Desa Sibuak Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar
The formulation of the problem in this research is what are the Management Elements of the Srikandi Batik Home Industry in Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency? This research aims to determine and describe the management of the Batik Home Industry in Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. This research has 6 indicators, namely 1) man, 2) money, 3) method, 4) machines, 5) materials, and 6) market.
After this research is carried out, it is hoped that it will provide benefits. The benefits of this research are divided into two, namely theoretical benefits and practical benefits. The theoretical benefits of the results of this research are expected to expand insight and knowledge, especially on elements of home industry management. Apart from that, the results of this research can also be used as a reference for further research on elements of home industry management. Meanwhile, it is hoped that the practical benefits of the results of this research will provide benefits for researchers, business owners and campuses.
This research is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach. This research was carried out at Batik Srikandi, Sibuak Village, involving 3 (three) informants as resource persons, 2 (two) informants as resource persons and 1 (one) key informant. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be seen that the Management Elements of the Srikandi Batik Home Industry in Sibuak Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, first seen from, man (human), that the number of workers has 5 permanent workers and 4 permanent workers, with the status of home industry workers batik heroine is a woman who on average only graduated from elementary school and middle school, and already has a family. Secondly, money (money), the capital used to produce batik uses personal funds from the heroine batik owner and the proceeds from batik sales. Expenditures and profits cannot be ascertained because batik income and expenses are determined by how many batik orders are received.
The three methods, the production method used by the Srikandi batik home industry, uses traditional methods, namely the written batik and stamped batik methods. By the way, the production time needed to make written batik and stamped batik is that written batik takes 5 days to make while stamped batik takes 3 days. Fourth, machines, the types of machines and equipment used by the Srikandi batik home industry are adapted to the techniques used in making batik. The condition of the machines and equipment used in making Srikandi batik home industry batik is classified as simple and traditional.
The fifth material, the type of raw material used by the Srikandi batik home industry is mori cloth, namely plain white cotton which has a smooth
texture and easily absorbs color. There are two types of wax which are commonly used in making batik, namely written batik wax and stamped batik wax. and the dyes used in making batik are natural dyes or synthetic dyes. The six markets, the targets for marketing Srikandi batik are the people of Sibuak Village, the village government, government agencies and parties. The marketing strategy used by Srikandi batik owners is to market offline by selling batik to the people of Sibuak Village and the village government. And marketing batik online through mass media such as Facebook and Instagram.
