Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Komitmen Pegawai BKN Kantor Regional XII Pekanbaru
This research was carried out with several objectives to be achieved, namely to find out and analyze the influence of competence on employee commitment. In this study, the population is 102 employees of the Regional Office XII BKN Pekanbaru. This study uses a saturated sample method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM.
From the results of the study, it was found that Competence affects commitment. This suggests that a person's level of skills, knowledge, and abilities (competencies) has a direct impact on how strongly a person is committed to a particular task, organization, or goal. Work Culture affects commitment. This shows that Work Culture is very important in determining commitment. Work culture can affect how strongly a person or member of an organization is committed to the work, goals, and the organization itself. Competence affects employee performance. BKN employees of the Regional Office XII Pekanbaru currently do not feel support from the leadership for the performance they have done optimally, so there are employees who are unable to complete the targeted work. Work Culture affects employee performance. This means that a positive work culture, such as one that encourages collaboration, innovation, open communication, and appreciation for achievements, can increase employee motivation and morale, which will ultimately improve their performance. Commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a significant effect on employee performance through commitment. This means that an employee's abilities, skills, and knowledge (competencies) have an impact on their performance, and this impact occurs through their level of commitment to the job or organization. .
Work Culture has a significant effect on employee performance through commitment. This means that a positive and supportive work culture will increase employee commitment.
