Gambaran Hematologis Ikan Nila Merah (Oreochromis Niloticus) Yang Diberi Pakan Mengandung Probiotik Dan Dipelihara Pada Sistem Bioflok
Red tilapia (Oreochromis sp.) is one of the fishery commodities that has high economicpotential. This researchwas conducted from Juneto November2023 at the Laboratory of Parasites and Fish Diseases, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, University of Riau, Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of providing feed containing probiotics on the hematology of red tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) maintained in a biofloc system. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with 4 treatment levels and 3 replications, namely P0 (control), P1, P2 and P3 arethe addition of probiotics at doses of 10, 15 and 20 mL/kg Feed. The results of the study showed that the best treatment was the addition of probiotics as much as 15 mL/kg of feed with a total erythrocyte value of 1.83 x 106 cells/mm3, hematocrit value of 27.67%, hemoglobin level of 12.67 g/dL, total leukocytes of 3.6 x 104 cells/mm3, leukocrit level of 3.53%, lymphocytes 78.67% monocytes 2.33% neutrophils 1.67% platelets 17.33% and survival rate of 96.67%. Water quality ranges from temperature 27-27.5 oC, pH 6.5-6.9, DO 5.2-5.4 mg/L, ammonia 0.004-0.005 mg/L. Based on data obtained, it can be concluded that the probiotics enriched pellet is abel to improve the health status of red tilapia.
