Pengaruh Kualitas Website Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan E-Commerce Shopee Pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan IPS Universitas Riau
E-commerce services are very popular among young people, including university students. For students, shopping online has become commonplace, because it can save costs, time, and energy, and is considered more efficient. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the effect of website quality on Shopee E-commerce customer satisfaction for students of the Social Studies Education Department, Riau University. The research focuses on 2021 students who frequently use E-commerce Shopee, with a total of 156 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The sampling criteria were students who made at least three purchases at Shopee per month, to ensure that respondents had sufficient experience with the platform. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires, as well as descriptive data analysis and simple linear regression. The results found that website quality has a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction. When Shopee's website quality increases, customer satisfaction will also increase. E-commerce Shopee can increase customer satisfaction by investing in website quality improvements, such as improving the quality of usability, information, and service interaction. This research has implications for E-commerce businesses that want to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
