Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Fase Main Nursery Yang Diberi Pupuk Hayati Mikoriza Dan Pupuk NPKMg
This study was conducted using a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor was mycorrhizal biofertilizer, which had three levels: P0: control, P2: 20 g, and P3: 40 g per polybag. The second factor was NPKMg fertilizer, also with three levels: M1: 30.5 g, M2: 36.5 g, and M3: 42.5 g per polybag. The parameters observed included the increase in plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, root volume, dry seedling weight, and the percentage of roots infected with mycorrhiza. The data were statistically analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), and significant results were followed BNJ test level 5%. The application of mycorrhizal biofertilizer and NPKMg fertilizer affected the increase in plant height, stem diameter, fresh biomass weight, dry seedling weight, and the percentage of roots infected with mycorrhiza. The application of mycorrhizal biofertilizer influenced the increase in plant height, stem diameter, fresh biomass weight, dry seedling weight, root volume, and the percentage of roots infected with arbuscular mychorriza fungi (AMF). NPKMg fertilizer influenced the increase in plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, fresh biomass weight, dry seedling weight, and root volume in D x P PPKS 540 oil palmseedlings aged 3-7 months. Theapplication of 20 g per polybag of mycorrhizal biofertilizer and 36.5 g per polybag of NPKMg fertilizer enhanced the growth of oil palm seedlings during the main nursery phase in Ultisol.
