Pengaruh Perendaman Menggunakan Larutan Probiotik Raja Siam dengan Dosis Berbeda terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Kelulushidupan Larva Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus nemurus)

Thisresearch aimsto determine the effect of larval soaking and the best immersion dose using Raja Siam probiotic solution at different doses on the growth and survival of asian redtail catfish (Hemibagrus nemurus). This research was conducted from 03 june to12 July 2024attheFish Hatchery and BreedingLaboratory,Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, Riau University. The container used was an aquarium with a size of 30x30x30 cm as many as 12 units with a stocking density of 5 fish/L. The design used was a complete randomized design with 4 levels of treatment and 3 replications so that 12 treatment units were obtained. The treatments in this study consisted of P0 (control treatment without probiotic immersion), P1 (immersion treatment with a dose of 1.5 ml/liter of water), P2 (immersion treatment with a dose of 2.0 ml/liter of water), P3 (immersion treatment with a dose of 2.5 ml/liter of water).
