Pemanfaatan Poc Limbah Kulit Nanas (Ananas comosus) Terhadap Kepadatan Lemna Minor Pada Media Pemeliharaan Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus gouramy)
This LOF comes from pineapple skin waste obtained in Rimbo Panjang Village. The LOF from pineapple waste contains nutrients in the form of NPK which are useful for the growth of L. minor. This research aims to determine the effect of providing liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) waste of from pineapple skin (ananas comosus) on the density Lemna minor in gurami fish (osphronemus gouramy) rearing media. This research was conducted from April to Mei 2024 at the Hatchery of Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Affairs, University of Riau. This research used a one-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with four treatment measures and three replications. The treatment levels applied in this study were of different LOF from pineapple waste, P0 (Without addition LOF), P1 (10 ml/L), P2 (15 ml/L) and P3 (20 ml/L). Gourami fish maintenance was carried out in a styrofoam container measuring 70 cm x 35 cm x 40 cm for 30 days. The results of the study showed that LOF from pineapple waste given at different doses obtained P1 (10 ml/L) was the best treatment for the absolute density growh of L. minor with an average density growth of 27.571 ind/m2 which was also able to support the life and growth of Gurami fish for 30 days of rearing and producing an average absolute weight of Gurami 0,62 g/tail, a specific growth rate of 0,62%/day, and a survival rate of 94%. The results of water quality measurements that have been carried out include temperature (26-28 °C), pH (5,2-7,1), dissolved oxygen (7-7,5 mg/L), nitrate (0.03-5 mg/L), and phosphate (0.04-0,70 mg/L).
