This research aims to analyze the influence of workload, work stress and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Pekanbaru Sudirman Branch Office. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Pekanbaru Sudirman Branch Office, totaling 108 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling, namely simple random sampling which is then calculated using the Slovin formula with a sample of 52 employees. The analytical method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is processed using SPSS and SmartPLS. The results of research using hypothesis testing show that workload has a positive and significant effect on performance. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance.
