Pengaruh Manajemen Talenta, Pengembangan Karir Dan Perceived Organizational Support Terhadap Retensi Karyawan Di Pt. Iss Indonesia Area Ivo Mas Tunggal Dumai
This research aims to determine the influence of talent management, career development and perceived organizational support on employee retention at PT. ISS Indonesia Area Ivo Mas Tunggal Dumai. This research method is quantitative descriptive, which means the research is explained in statistical form or in the form of numbers. The population in this study were employees at PT. ISS Indonesia Area Ivo Mas Tunggal Dumai as many as 60 people. The results of this research show that talent management has an effect on employee retention, career development has an effect on employee retention, perceived organizational support has an effect on talent management retention and career development and perceived organizational support has an effect on employee retention.
