Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Kreativitas Dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Pada Mahasiswa P2MW (Program Pembinaan Mahasiswa Wirausaha) Universitas Riau Tahun 2021-2024
This research was conducted to determine the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, creativity and self-efficacy on business success of Riau University P2MW students. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research used a questionnaire as the instrument, namely 49 respondents. and this research uses multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing, simultaneous hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this research show that the variable of entrepreneurial knowledge with t count 2,536 > t table 1.680 and a sig. 0.015 < probability 0.05 so it has a significant positive effect on business success, creativity variables with t count 2,526 > t table 1.680 and sig value. 0.015 < probability 0.05 so it has a significant positive effect on business success. Then the self-efficacy variable with t count 2,058 > t table 1.680 and a sig value. 0.045 < probability 0.05 so it has a significant positive effect on business successt. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, entrepreneurial knowledge, creativity and self-efficacy simultaneously with f count 22,301 > f table 2.81 with a significant value of 0.000 < probability 0.05 so that these three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on business success, grades The adjusted R square in this study is 0.572, which means that
57.2% of the dependent variable is influenced by the three independent variables.
