Pengaruh Perendaman Menggunakan Larutan Probiotik Mina Pro dengan Dosis Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Kelulushidupan Larva Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus nemurus).
The success of fish farming activities was determined by the availability of
seeds in sufficient quantity and quality. The problems that were often encountered in the maintenance of Asian redtail catfish larvae included relatively slow growth, cannibalism, low survival rates, and poor water quality. This study aimed to determine the effect of immersion using Mina Pro probiotic solution at different doses had a significant effect on the growth and survival rates of Asian redtail catfish (Hemibagrus nemurus). The method used in this study was an experimental method, while the design applied was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replicates for each treatment. The doses used in the study were 0 ml/L, 2.0 ml/L, 4.0 ml/L and 6.0 ml/L, with an immersion duration of 10 minutes. The results of the study revealed that immersion using Mina Pro probiotic solution at different doses had a significant effect on the growth and survival rates of Asian redtail catfish (H. nemurus). The best treatment was P3 (6.0 ml/L), which achieved an absolute weight growth of 3.56 g, absolute length growth of 6.3 cm, specific growth rate (SGR) of 15.34%/day, type A cannibalism rate of 6.00%, type B cannibalism rate of 0.00%, cannibalism index of 6.00%, normal mortality rate 1.33% and survival rate of 92.67%.
