Pengaruh Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. Anugrah Kreasi Plasindo Kabupaten Kampar
Human Resources (HR) play a crucial role in determining organizational performance, as employee performance is directly influenced by their quality, competence, motivation, and well-being. Employee performance is the level of effectiveness and efficiency demonstrated by individuals in carrying out tasks and responsibilities set by the organization. This performance reflects how well an employee can meet targets, standards, and expectations in terms of both the quantity and quality of work. Every organization/company has the responsibility to ensure that employees and other involved parties are always in a safe condition; a safe and healthy workplace is essential for everyone to perform their job effectively and efficiently on time.
This research was conducted to determine the effect of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Physical Work Environment, and Workload on Employee Performance at PT. Anugrah Kreasi Plasindo, Kampar Regency. Data were collected from 57 employees at PT Anugrah Kreasi Plasindo through questionnaires distributed to all employees of PT. Anugrah Kreasi Plasindo. Analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of data analysis using SPSS show that Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Physical Work Environment, and Workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Anugrah Kreasi Plasindo, Kampar Regency.
