Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Inovasi Dan Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Terhadap Kinerja Bisnis Melalui Keunggulan Bersaing Pada Coffee Shop Di Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, innovation, and the use of information technology on business performance through competitive advantage in coffee shops in Pekanbaru City. This research employs a quantitative approach with an accidental sampling method from the population of all coffee shops in Pekanbaru City, whose exact number is unknown. The sample consists of 96 coffee shops spread across 15 districts that were willing to fill out the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS software .The results show that entrepreneurial orientation and innovation have a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage, while the use of information technology has a positive but not significant effect on competitive advantage. Furthermore, entrepreneurial orientation also has a positive and significant effect on business performance, whereas innovation has a positive but not significant effect on business performance. The use of information technology was found to have a positive and significant effect on business performance. Additionally, competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on the business performance of coffee shops in Pekanbaru City. Based on these findings, the most influential variable on business performance is entrepreneurial orientation, while the most influential variable on competitive advantage is innovation. Recommendations are given to improve managerial competence, strengthen business networks, focus on enhancing operational processes, and effectively utilize information technology. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to enhance the competitiveness and business performance of coffee shops in Pekanbaru City overall.
