Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Kundur

This research aims to analyze the influence of work ability and work motivation on the performance of Kundur District office employees. This type of research is descriptive and inferential research. The sampling technique for this research is a saturated sample, where all employees are used as samples and the population in this research is all Kundur District office employees, totaling 38 employees. Data collection in this research uses a questionnaire as an instrument that proves the research results. To test the hypothesis in this research using the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solutions). The results of this research prove that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of work ability on employee performance, 2) there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance,
3) there is a simultaneous influence of work ability and work motivation on the performance of Kundur District office employees.
