Pengaruh Soft Skill Dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Riau Dalam Menghadapi Era Revolusi Industri 4.0
This study aims to analyze the effect of soft skills and self-efficacy on the work readiness of Management students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University in facing the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This study uses a quantitative approach with 277 students as the population and 164 students as respondents, who were selected through the simple random sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires processed by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results prove that soft skills have a positive and significant effect on student work readiness, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on student readiness and simultaneously soft skills and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on student work readiness, which indicates that increasing soft skills and self-efficacy will increase student work readiness. Based on the R Square value, these two variables explain 40,2% of the variability in student work readiness, with an R Square value of 0.402.
