Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Karyawan PT. Agung Automall SM Amin
This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees PT. Agung Automall SM AmIn. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to PT employees. Agung Automall SM Amen. The research results show that leadership has a positive but not significant effect on OCB. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction was found to be an intervening variable that succeeded in mediating the influence of organizational culture on OCB, but failed to mediate the influence of leadership on OCB.
