Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Honor Pada Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of pedagogical competence and work motivation on the performance of honor teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample with a sample size of 30 honorarium teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all honorarium teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. The analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent. The results showed that pedagogical competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of honorarium teachers. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of honorarium teachers. This finding indicates that increasing pedagogical competence and work motivation can improve the performance of honorarium teachers. While the R square value shows that pedagogical competence and work motivation can affect the performance of honorarium teachers by 79.9%.
