Pengaruh Sanksi Dan Reward Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Surabaya
This research aims to determine the influence of Sanctions and Rewards on Employee Performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Surabaya. The population in this study were all head office employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Surabaya. The sampling technique used in this research was the Simple Random Sampling technique with a sample size of 82 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS test tool. The research results show that Sanctions has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Rewards has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Sanctions and Rewards has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Surabaya.
