Pengaruh Strategic Supplier Partnership Dan Customer Relationship Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Melalui Keunggulan Kompetitif (Studi Pada Industri Tahu Di Kabupaten Kampar)
This study aims to determine the effect of strategic supplier partnerships and customer relationships on business performance through competitive advantage in the tofu industry in Kampar Regency consisting of 124 tofu industries (Secondary Data from the Kampar Regency Industry and Trade Service). This study uses a quantitative approach with the sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling, namely by using cluster sampling of
53 tofu industries spread across three sub-districts in Kampar Regency. The analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is processed using SmartPLS. The results of the study with hypothesis testing show that strategic supplier partnerships have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Customer relationships have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Strategic supplier partnerships have a positive and significant effect on business performance. Customer relationships have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Competitive advantage can mediate the effect between strategic supplier partnerships on business performance. Competitive advantage can mediate the effect between customer relationships on business performance.
