Perbandingan Hasil Produksi Kelapa Sawit Petani Plasma Dan Petani Swadaya Setelah Melakukan Replanting Di Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar

This study aims to determine the comparison of oil palm production after replanting carried out byplasma farmers and independent farmers in Tapung District, Kampar Regency. Data collection was carried out from March to June 2024 in Sumber Makmur Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Participants who became informants were the chairman of KUD Tani Makmur who became the key informant, 12 plasma farmers and 12 independent farmers as supporting informants. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by describing clearly and in detail with words into a series of words or sentences. Based on the results of research obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Plasma farmers have felt the results of their oil palm after replanting with a fast and good period of time, while independent farmers are still waiting for the harvest. This certainly occurs due to several factors, namely: mechanism, seed quality, and funds or finance.
