Pengaruh Work Family Conflict Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Guru Wanita SMK Farmasi Ikasari Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of work family conflict and workload on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in female teachers of SMK Farmasi Ikasari Pekanbaru. This type of research is using quantitative research. The population in this study were all female teachers who taught at SMK Farmasi Ikasari Pekanbaru, totaling 47 people. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is processed using SmartPLS 3. The results of the study with hypothesis testing show that work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Workload has a negative and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance. Workload has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Workload has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
