Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pada RSUD Teluk Kuantan
This research was conducted with the aim of determining the direct
influence of organizational culture variables and work motivation on the
performance of nurses at RSUD Teluk Kuantan. This type of research uses
quantitative research. The population in this study were all civil servant nurses,
totaling 115 civil servant nurses. This research uses nurses as research objects. The
sampling method used the Slovin formula, namely 89 respondents. The analytical
methods used in processing this research data are descriptive analysis, inferential
statistics, research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, coefficient of
determination and multiple linear regression analysis using a significance level of
0.05. The data processing for this research uses the help of SPSS 26 software. Based
on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the organizational culture
variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance (Y) of nurses
at RSUD Teluk Kuantan and the work motivation variable (X2) has a positive and
significant effect on performance (Y) of nurses at RSUD Teluk Kuantan. Based on
research, the variables organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2)
simultaneously influence the performance (Y) of nurses at RSUD Teluk Kuantan.
