Pengaruh Cyberloafing Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Komitmen Kerja Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Pada Pegawai Layanan Umum Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Pekanbaru
This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of Cyberloafing and Work Discipline on the Performance of Public Service Employees at Jiwa Tampan Pekanbaru Hospital with Work Commitment as a moderating variable. This research used 72 respondents as samples taken from a total sampling technique. The data analysis method in this research uses moderated regression analysis or MRA. The results of this research show that Cyberloafing has a positive and significant influence on performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant influence on Performance and Work Commitment can be a moderating variable between the influence of Cyberloafing on Performance but Work Commitment can not be a moderating variable between the influence of Work Discipline on Performance.
