Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pada Bagian Produksi PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Satisfaction and Workload on Organizational Commitment in the Production Department of PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa, Pekanbaru City. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were 65 employees of the Company's Production Department. This study used employees of the production department of as the object of research. The sampling used was the saturated sampling technique or census. The analysis method used in processing the data of this study is descriptive analysis of variables, quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The data processing of this study used the help of SPSS software. The results of the study showed that; 1) Positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment, 2) Positive and significant influence between Workload on Organizational Commitment, 3) Positive and significant influence simultaneously between Job Satisfaction and Workload on Organizational Commitment.
