Pengaruh Gaji Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Pada PT Gema Jobker Infocom Cabang Pekanbaru
A high employee turnover rate can result in an organization or company becoming ineffective because the company loses experienced employees and needs to retrain new employees. This research aims to determine the effect of salary and workload on employee turnover at PT Gema Jobker Infocom Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT Gema Jobker Infocom Pekanbaru Branch, totaling 55 people. Sampling used saturation so the total sample was 55 people. The method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 26 for window program. The results of the research found that employees felt that the salary they received was in accordance with mutually agreed rules, the workload felt by employees was quite high and employees had a high tendency or intention to quit their current job voluntarily. Then the test results show that salary and workload simultaneously and partially influence turnover. Meanwhile, partially salary has a negative effect on turnover and workload has a positive effect on turnover. 68.5% of turnover intentions are influenced by salary and workload.
