This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline, and competence on the performance of administrative employees at PT Panca Agro Lestari, Penyaguan Village, Indragiri Hulu Regency, located in Penyaguan Village, Batang Gansal District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau 29355. This research is research quantitative with data collection using interview and questionnaire methods. The population and research sample were 47 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique. The analytical tool for this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research show that the work environment, work discipline and competence have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the research results, it also shows that the work environment, work discipline and competence partially have a significant effect on employee performance.
